We wanted to buy an interactive one, namely with sound and light effects. The question was asked to the seller “besides light and sounds, is there anything else?”, she answered that there was no light, but that she did not notify everything else that was in the description. The description stated (I am attaching a photo) that when turned on, the kitchen emits sound signals that simulate cooking and creates a boiling effect. Gas - has a hissing sound, etc. The kitchen cost us almost 3800 UAH and what we got (the information will be especially useful for those who are looking closely at it) is plastic.....elongated plastic with a stool. It was indicated that the manufacturer was France, but in fact China. The dishes are not of high quality, only replacements, but the most important thing is exactly why they bought them, namely the sounds - they were absent. Only one burner was working and then))) it does not make sounds, but the hum of a small generator. In addition, it is not attached and if you put a saucepan on it, you take it out with it... well, then it’s clear what happens if there is still water in the saucepan. When they wrote to the seller and took a screenshot from her page, she did not deny, but did not confirm the fact that everything written in the description was not true. The answer was: “Perhaps the writer of the text went too far with the epithets. But at the same time, there is no clear information that the toy is musical.” The correspondence lasted for 24 hours and these days were nothing but nerves. There was no talk of a return or any kind of compensation (don’t forget where we live). The seller only apologized for the rudeness on her part in the correspondence, but did not bother about the lack of authenticity and deception. As a result, for some reason we can’t leave a review about it, it was the only purchase on kidstaf. The seller cleaned it before removing the item. The person simply slapped on a description that does not correspond to reality and completely absolves himself of responsibility. If they had known, they naturally would not have bought it, since there are much cheaper and more interesting models. The kitchen is a complete disappointment. If you come across it, be aware that everything on the page is just a picture and fake descriptions.

And if there was an advance payment, and the product arrived completely different from what was in the photo (often they take photos from the Internet, and then send outright junk) The buyer can refuse the parcel and not pick it up. But again, who will return the money he transferred to the card? Whatever one may say, the buyer risks getting into trouble.

Ads on the Kidstaff website can be placed absolutely free, but there is a limit on ads per day. Also, for a fee, you can put your ad on the top list, which means that it will appear in the top ten. Or somehow highlight it with color so that it catches the eye, but again, also for money.

Overall, I really like the Kidstaff website. The prices on it are more affordable than, say, on the same OLH where, moreover, the sellers’ hands are more free, because there are no ratings or the opportunity to write a review about the seller or buyer.
